This email should include your key contact information including your name, school, principal name, and the total number or rooms / products you require. Also please complete the remaining steps below.

CBE SMART Move Form

FES Costs

• FES will charge $200 to complete an onsite quote for any structural, electrical or data requirements. This is for both the existing and new locations of the product.
• This quote will include any cleanup (patch / paint / filling) once the product is removed.
• Include this $200 charge on the S18.
• This charge is not per room (one charge if moving more than one)
• If the move request is cancelled or any stop in the process is made, after the onsite quote is completed, the $200 charge would still be processed.

Vendor Costs

• To uninstall / reinstall (move) - $1,150
• To reinstall only - $970
• To uninstall SMART Board and Projector - $790
• To uninstall SMART Board only - $610
• The prices above include a $250 charge to complete onsite testing and recommendation.
• You do not have to include this on the S18, however if the move request is cancelled or any stop in the process is made, after the onsite testing and recommendation is completed, the $250 charge would still be processed.

Once your email to the CBE Helpdesk includes the images, contact information, descriptions etc. you can the send it. Once it received at the Helpdesk, a CBE HEAT ticket will be created. This information will then be sent to CBE Facilities and to our current vendor.

Both the vendor and FES will then schedule a time with the key contact to visit the school and complete two quotes. Once the quotes are completed, you will either approve, decline, or change them. If you approve the quotes, you will sign them and send them back to FES, Vendor, and the Helpdesk.

The Helpdesk will update the CBE HEAT Ticket with the two quotes and notification to schedule and complete the move will occur next. Both the vendor and FES will coordinate with the key contact a time that the work can be completed.

Once the quotes are approved and processed, any structural work has been completed, and the product move has occurred, the vendor will 'sign-off' on the relocate by sending a Quality Control document back to the CBE Helpdesk. This will then be sent to the key contact listed in step 1.

It is important to note that once the vendor has signed off on the installation, there is a 90 day "bumper to bumper" warranty on the installation. If any product requires service please contact the CBE helpdesk so they can schedule a service call. Once the 90 day warranty is complete, service calls to the school will include additional service charges.
