SMART Parts

To order replacement parts for your SMART Board that are not covered under warranty i.e. damaged, lost, stolen etc., fax a CBE S18 to Sharps Audio Visual @ 403.255.3478 using your schools budget code with the required part, description, and cost information found below. Be sure to include on the S18 that service is not required and that the school is requesting the part only.

Please note that there is a $2000 purchasing limit via S18 from ordering from Sharps directly. Any total purchase over $2000 requires CBE Strategic Sourcing (Purchasing) approval. Any S18’s submitted that are over this amount will be denied until approval from purchasing is received.

If purchasing replacement SMART Boards, it is important to replace board for board. Meaning, if you are purchasing a new 600 series to replace a 500 series board, you may encounter issues when it comes to the mounting hardware. This type of request should be handled as a new installation and follow the process found here.
