How to troubleshoot:
If the projector turns on and then shuts off unexpectadly, provides a message that there has been a "fan failure", or if the image flickers different colours, it is possible that dust has enterd the projectors internal optics and chassis. To clean the Unifi 55 as a troubleshooting step, please see the link below. If performing this step still does not resolve the issue, the projector may require the RMA process or further vendor escalation to resolve.
