hand holding pocket pc in front of globePortable video conferencing equipment is available to loan to schools from your Area offices, please contact them at least 6 weeks in advance of a planned video conference to ensure equipment availability. It is the responsibility of school staff to pick up and drop off the equipment, and loan periods are generally 2 weeks. School personnel will be provided with basic set up and technical documentation for the equipment. It is essential that a test is planned at least 3 days in advance of the planned video conference so that technical support, if needed, can be accessed.
